Do we need to keep any paperwork?

Yes please keep all paperwork, Your invoice will be your guarantee from Pro Glaze. You will also receive through the post certificates from Homepro and Fensa.

 

What Guarantees do you offer?

  • Frames – 10 years
  • Glass – 5 years (manufacturer defaults only)
  • Moving Parts i.e handles, locks, hinges – 12 months

All our Windows and Doors are covered by an Insurance Backed Guarantee with HomePro.

 

Do you Supply Wooden Internal doors?

No we only offer PVC, Aluminium and Composite Doors.

 

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are a 25% deposit at the time of ordering and the remaining balance on day of completion.

 

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheques, BACS and Debit Cards. Sorry we do not accept Credit Cards.

 

Are You Fensa Registered?

Yes we are Fensa Registered. Our Fensa Certificate number is 19102.

 

What Service areas do you cover?

On average a 30 mile radius of SO16 5EB

 

Do you offer a free no obligation quotation?

Yes we do offer free no obligation quotations.

 

Do you offer a Trade supply and Fit or Supply Only service?

Yes we offer Supply and Fit or Supply Only to the Trades. This comes with a 1 year Trade guarantee.

 

Can I buy my own Windows and Doors and you install them?

No we only install products that we Supply as we cannot guarantee third party products.

 

What happens at a Property Consultation?

Our surveyor will arrive at your property in a Pro Glaze van. They will learn about what you are looking for and discuss solutions to meet your needs and take measurements for our quotations.

Further to our visit a quotation for the discussed option will be sent to you via email or post. If you are happy with the quotation and wish to go ahead you can contact us in your time to confirm instruction and pay deposit. Hassle Free service.

 

How long does the installation take?

Every project is different but we try and be efficient as possible. Our quotation will provide an estimate on how long the installation will take. On in instruction to proceed we will order the product and contact you will an exact installation date.

 

Do you offer call outs?

We do offer service calls in regards to our products we have supplied and fitted if out of the warranty period there could be a charge.

 

Do you have a Showroom?

Yes we do have a showroom. Please feel free to come visit us and see the products we offer.
